Golden State Warriors Sign Quentin Post to Standard Contract

The Golden State Warriors have announced that they have signed rookie center Quentin Post to a standard NBA contract. Post, who turns 25 later this year, had previously been on a two-way contract with the team.

Post has impressed the Warriors with his ability to stretch the floor. He is shooting 36% from three-point range this season, and he takes nearly one three-pointer every four minutes. This kind of shooting is exactly what the Warriors need to create space for their offense, especially when Draymond Green and new acquisition Jimmy Butler are on the court together.

Post’s contract will run through the end of next season. The Warriors were initially interested in signing veteran center Nikola Vucevic, but they were unable to reach an agreement. Instead, they decided to invest in Post, who has shown a lot of potential in his rookie season.

Post is a versatile player who can play both center and power forward. He is a good rebounder and defender, and he has a high basketball IQ. He is also a hard worker and a team player. The Warriors believe that Post has a bright future in the NBA.
