Steph Curry, Klay Thompson, and Jordan Poole led the Golden State Warriors past the San Antonio Spurs in front of a record-breaking NBA crowd at the Alamodome

On Friday, sixty-eight thousand three hundred twenty-three fans packed the Alamodome to see the Golden State Warriors thrash the San Antonio Spurs 144-113.

The number surpasses Michael Jordan’s Chicago Bulls’ 62,046 regular-season attendance record set in 1998 against the Atlanta Hawks.

The Warriors ended a three-game losing streak thanks to Jordan Poole’s 25 points off the bench.

The Spurs have lost seven of their last eight games, their fourth straight defeat.

As part of the franchise’s 50th-anniversary celebrations, the Spurs played in their old arena instead of the AT&T Center.

At halftime, Golden State led by 14 points, the defending champions.

Among the scorers were Donte DiVincenzo with 22 points, Klay Thompson with 16 points, and Stephen Curry with 15.
